Theatrical and film directing
I am excited by projects that are sensitive, strange, and stylistic.
I have studied theatrical directing at Barnard College under Shannon Sindelar and Jessi Hill. In these courses I particularly enjoyed collaborating with peers on devised, site specific, and immersive pieces.
As a director for film, I am excited by humor, whimsy, and truth.
In the summer of 2024, I was the assistant to award winning film and television director Jamie Babbit, with whom I worked on set of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building. Since then, I have been inspired to work with the camera on short projects (Flying Solo, directed with Jay Slomka) and have begun writing new ones (coming soon…).

In 2021, I was the first student director at the Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, Va. Not only did this begin a school tradition, where students direct a play annually, but it introduced a new take on a bloody, ancient spectacle to students, faculty, family alike.
In an original adaptation of Agamemnon, curated from various translations, I brought a classical play to new heights. Through this process of collaborating with my peers—many of whom were first time actors and designers—this project sparked my love for creative leadership and theatrical directing.
